HIGH TEMPERATURE AGING OVEN
High Temperature Aging Oven is widely applied for automotive parts, electronics and electric products, components and materials to verify their high temperature resistance and reliability performance after such a high temperature aging test.
External Test Chamber use SECC stainless steel plate with powder paint while internal test chamber is designed with SUS stainless steel material, which enable the test chamber an excellent high temperature aging test performance;
Thermal Insulation Layer is designed with high-indensity glass wool with excellent thermal insulation performance to guarantee test chamber thermal-insulation property and Use silicon rubber as sealing materials for this high temperature aging test chamber to ensure an outstanding sealing environment to reproduce an high temperature environment for test demand;
Design with protective system that includes over-temperature protection, over-loading protection through automatic power cut and test chamber shutdown system;
Temperature control system is introduced with PID & S.S.R control method to ensure temperature control accuracy at±0.5℃ & temperature uniform distribution at±2.0℃ (no load);
Air Supply System is designed as forced convection air supply system. The air source is driven through an cycling motor and air wheel that will pass through electrical heater, thus to convey hot air into air channel and then to the inside of high temperature aging test chamber and extract the used air into air channel and heat air for recycling heat.
The fan with multiple-blade is designed as turbo-shape with internal deflector to guide the air flow to provide an excellent air supply performance.
