Employs programmable controller to set testing cycle that based on reliable UV light source to reproduce natural sun radiation;
Advanced temperature control system designed with PLC & Text as well as A/D modular to implement temperature and humidity control;
Humidity supply system consists of water sink, humidification system and by such a condensation mechanism toexpose test specimen in a environment with humidity and UV light;
Protective system with functions such as altering signal for water shortage,over-temperature,shortcircuit,over-load with control system located on control panel & in electrical cabinet thus to guarantee whole UV aging test process.
Corrosion-resistancemetal material – SUS Stainless steel is introduced for internal & external testing chamber to provide an reliable UV testing zone. UV accelerating aging test chamber includes 8 pcs of UV lamps for UV light source, water container, testing specimen holder as well as temperature, testing cycle control and display;
Each UV lamp with power at 40W & its length at 1200mm to provide UV light for testing zone at 900 ×210mm. 4 pcs UV lamps is arranged as one row, total two rows are designed with lamp central distance at 70 mm;
Testing specimen is designed to locate an surface with a distance at 50mm from UV lamp. Internal wall of test chamber includes test specimens & specimen holder, its opposite side is exposed into a space with cool air. Because of temperature differences, condensation will be generated onto surface to test specimen, meanwhile, free air convection can be assured via external wall of bottom test chamber as well as test specimen channel.
Temperature of UV Accelerating Test Chamber is measured through Black Board with its size of width at 75mm, height of 100mm & thickness at 2.5mm. This black board is placed and exposed in testing central zone. The thermometer with its measurement range from 30 to 80 Centigrade with accuracy at±1 Centigrade. Independent control is designed for UV light as well as condensation while condensation controlled through heating water.
